What are your courier's delivery hours?

Our couriers deliver between 9am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays only.

Do you require a signature on delivery?

For any orders of an insurable value our couriers will require a signature on delivery. You may provide a delivery address other than that of your home if you are not at home during the day. If you provide a work address, please ensure that the correct office/department/floor details are supplied.

What Currency are the prices Shown in?

All Prices are show in Pre-Tax Canadian Dollars (Not including Shipping)

How Can I Pay?

When making your order your order you may opt to:

• Send a cheque to us with your name and order number
• Request a call from us to collect your credit card details
• Call us Toll-Free to complete your payment: 1-866-768-BOOT (2668)

Our Credit/Debit Card payment link will be active within the next few weeks.

What Shoe Sizing is Shown?

All sizes shown on this site are in US Unisex / Men's sizes. If you do not know your sizing on this scale, please view our conversion chart here.

Please note when you receive your Dubarry boots or Shoes that sizes shown on the actual footwear are UK sizing. Please refer to the box for indicated US sizing.

How is Tax Charged?

Tax is calculated according to the Province to which the goods are shipped. We are based in Ontario.

For orders placed in Ontario 8% PST will be added to your order and 6% GST will be added to your order and shipping.

For Provinces outside Ontario (Excluding the HST participant Provinces of Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick) only GST (6%) will be added to your order (after shipping charges)

Please note: Residents outside Ontario and the HST participant provinces are responsible for reporting and remitting their own PST on purchases made outside their own provinces.

For the HST participant Provinces of Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, HST (15%) will be added to your order (after shipping charges)

How is Shipping Calculated?

We calculate shipping according to several factors including weight, distance and insurance value. The average cost of shipping a pair of boots or shoes is $15.00 (Canadian).

What if i receive my Dubarry boots/shoes and they do not fit?

As long as your item(s) has only been tried on inside and is still in ‘boxed’ condition, you can return it (them) to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange. (Please see the ‘terms and conditions page for more information).
